QS-Stock Manager

Overview
QS-Stock Manager is very powerful and suited to many industries within Retail & Wholesale. It allows for many sophisticated features including monitoring stock across many shops and warehouses. It can deal with multiple sub-groups and constructed goods. It includes many management reports to enable you to manage your stock and interfaces fully with Purchase Ordering, Sales Invoicing and our EPOS system.

- Fast moving stock can be monitored enabling you to not be 'Under-Stocked' ensuring that orders can always be satisfied
- Slow moving stock can be monitored enabling you to not be 'Over-Stocked' reducing the amount of capital tied up

- Many management reports are available, to show items sold by various groupings, inclusive of margins and thus profitability

- Multiple Stock items can be grouped together and broken into a maximum of 3 categories, e.g. size, colour, style
- Constructed Goods can be stored that refer to multiple stock items, e.g. Kitchen Units
- Stock quantities can be stored as units, units/cases or weights and volumes
- Electronic import facility of stock items including bar-code details which is user-definable
- Management Reporting includes; Re-Order Levels, Revaluation, Sales Profitability/Margins & Utilisation
