QS-Stock Manager is a very powerful system for Retail, Wholesale and Manufacturing operations and has many features usually only found on larger based installations. Included are very sophisticated yet easy to use features such as, price banding, discount scheduling and stock quantities in warehouses which could be many and remote.
The Stock Control module is fully integrated to the rest of the QS - PAN Accounts modules and is multi-location/branching allowing stock control and identification throughout all stock locations. It allows stock to be kept at optimum levels throughout the company, including transfers between branches/locations.
Any price changes can be easily administered throughout the system with the aid of the direct link to the Purchase module. Fully automatic re-stocking is made possible by the production of a report when stock reaches the pre-defined re-stocking level so a purchase order can easily be raised.
