The QS - PAN Accounts system allows the user to create orders and
automatically convert them into invoices. Recurring invoices can be set
up to be produced automatically aiding the smooth operation of the system
especially of those who have high volumes of invoices.
Payment allocations have been automated as much as possible to ensure
accuracy of posting receipts. It also allows the presentation of the payments
on statements by date or by itemising allocations under each invoice making
'busy' open-item statements easy to reconcile.
Transactions can be retained indefinitely enabling rapid retrieval
of information to assist with customer enquiries or audit trails with
comprehensive reporting of statistics and customer details.
